Coconut Oil for Your Health

Healthy fat is saturated fat and the healthiest saturated fat is coconut oil. Coconut oil is a medium chain fatty acid (mcfa). Eating MFCA’s burns fat off the body that is stored in the hips, stomach and thighs. MFCA’s are healthy fat.  Sadly, the public has been mislead and believes that saturated fat is bad for you and bad for your heart. Public health officials have been telling the public to consume vegetable oils to improve their health for decades. This kind of misinformation is a threat to your health. The truth is most vegetable oils  are hydrogenated and contain trans fatty acids. They are high in omega 6 fatty acids and skew the balance necessary between omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. A preponderance of omega 6  fatty acids in your body can lead to premature aging, heart problems, macular degeneration and several degenerative diseases. Trans fatty acids may contribute to, or cause diabetes, cancer, and irregular thyroid function among other health related issues.

The Incredible Benefits of Saturated Fat

Saturated fat, on the other hand, plays many important roles in your body. Calcium utilization in your skeletal structure requires the presence of saturated fat. Saturated fat increases and restores the insulin receptors on the cell membrane that show serious decline in type  2 diabetes. Coconut oil is good for the heart and detoxes the liver. It is also a great food for the brain. It increases energy, burns off fat, and raises the metabolism. It can also be used to treat skin problems, dandruff, fungus, and viruses. Coconut oil is healthy fat.

Saturated Fat and World Health

Many studies have found that countries where the population regularly consumes saturated fat are  among healthiest places in the world. Coconut oil has a high flash point so it is ideal to use in cooking. You should only use extra virgin organic cold pressed coconut oil. It is readily available in most health food stores. Do your body a favor this holiday season where most of us eat all the wrong foods and too much of them. Eat more saturated fat. Add a healthy fat like coconut oil to your diet. Use it in your cooking.  Eat a few tablespoons a day. L:ather it on rye bread or crackers. Start the new year by including the benefits of healthy fat in your diet.

Genetically Modified (GM) Foods

Monsanto is busy converting the world’s food supply to genetically modified foods. Already there are several foods  that are nearly all genetically modified. These include  soybeans, corn and canola. All these crops are more than 90% genetically modified. Soy products are in many processed foods as are corn products. This means that high fructose corn sweetener which is many foods is also a genetically modified additive. High fructose corn syrup is behind the explosion in diabetes and causes inflammation throughout the body.

Consequences of Eating Genetically Modified Food

Genetically modified foods replace the healthy flora in your gut with toxic insecticides. Tests show that genetically modified foods enlarge the liver, shrink the brain and depress the immune system. Perhaps as troubling as those findings are,  is that research also shows that genetically modified foods severely affect reproductive functions.  Every succeeding generation is weaker than the one preceding it until it becomes nearly impossible to reproduce at all. Talk about population control! Genetically modified foods are the perfect vehicle to depopulate the planet.

Other Genetically Modified Foods

Other genetically modified foods include sugar beets, crookneck squash and Hawaiian papaya. The latest genetically modified food crop is alfalfa. Wherever genetically modified alfalfa is grown it will spread five miles in all directions contaminating all other crops within that range. This means that eventually it will be impossible to buy grass fed organic beef or drink organic milk or eat organic cheese.

Michael  Taylor a former Monsanto Vice President, the corporation responsible for the introduction and spread of genetically modified  seeds, is no longer with Monsanto. He is now a member of the Obama administration working hard at the FDA and doing his rabid best to ensure the spread of genetically modified foods in America and around the world, especially in Africa.

Given the flouride in our water, the heavy metals in the chemtrails and the toxins in the conventional food chain the only solution is to eat as organically as possible.

A Multifaceted Attack

There is an ongoing, organized assault on the health of the American population. This assault on our health is multifaceted and deadly. If you are uninformed you not only risk losing your health, you will lose your health. Guaranteed. The assault on our health comes at us from the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, the pharmaceutical drugs we may take,  the wireless networks that we are exposed to 24/7, cell phone towers, satellites and HAARP installations. This multifaceted attack is unprecedented; without antecedent in human history.

Chemtrails

Our air is laced with chemtrails. Chemtrails are not normal exhaust trails. They don’t disappear. They extend for miles in the sky at an elevation of 60,000 feet then fan out, making a beautiful blue sky filled with what appears to be a cloudy, hazy covering. These are no normal clouds. They are filled with a fine particulate mixture of barium and aluminum. Barium is highly carcinogenic while aluminum is a deadly toxin to the central nervous system. Aluminum is the one thing that is consistently found in the brains of those who have died from Alzheimers disease. In addition, the chemtrails are filled with heavy metals, arsenic, radioactive fallout and various viruses and bacterial diseases such as streptocaucus pneumonia.  We all breathe in this dangerous soup.  Eventually, the chemtrails fall to the ground contaminating our water supply, soil and crops.

Flouride

In America most municipalities add flouride to the water. We’re told that flouride protects our teeth from cavities. The kind of flouride that is added to the water is industrial waste. It is deadly. It does not protect your teeth from cavities but makes them brittle. It causes bone cancer, weakens the thyroid gland, calcifies the pineal gland, causes brain lesions, lowers IQ, weakens joints, and makes people docile and easy to control. The control factor is why they add flouride to the water. It has nothing to do with protecting your teeth. The practice of adding flouride to the water supply began in the Nazi concentration camps and the Soviet gulags. When those regimes added flouride to the water they discovered they only needed 25% of the guards to control the prisoners than they needed when the water was not flouridated. God is Inclusive

Despite the trend toward increased polarization in politics God is inclusive. He doesn’t choose sides or favor one group over another but works silently behind the scenes of the external life to uplift the entire race. While we can’t change God’s plan, our collective intransigence and mass disdain for each other will impede its progress to all of our detriments. When the psychic environment is cluttered with as much polarizing emotion and ideology as it is today it is impossible for the truth to be clear and undisguised or for compassion to be present anywhere.

Sri Aurobindo, the great Indian spiritual master of the twentieth century, put it this way: “The illusion of action is one of the greatest illusions of human nature. Men have a feeling that if they are not all the time bursting into fits of feverish activity, they are doing nothing. Whatever has been done in the world has been done by the very few who can stand outside the action in silence; for it is they who are the instruments of the Divine Power. They are dynamic agents, conscious instruments; they bring down the forces that change the world. Things can be done in that way, not by a restless activity. In peace, in silence and in quietness the world was built; and each time that something is to be truly built, it is in peace and silence and quietness that it must be done. I am not speaking of the ordinary day-to-day acts that are needed for the common external life, but of thosewho have or believe that they have something to do for the world. Enter into the consciousness of Eternity, then only you will know what true action is.”

There was a Tibetan Lama who saw many of his brother monks tortured and killed by the Chinese and spent twelve years in a Chinese prison. He was being interviewed one day after his release and said during his time in confinement he “…had been in grave danger.”

“Of losing your life?” The interviewer asked.

“No,” answered the Tibetan. “Of losing my compassion for the Chinese.”

Compassion

Compassion is one of the hallmarks of higher consciousness, the kind of consciousness so needed in our world and yet in such short supply. While the Tibetan Monk never lost his compassion despite the severity of his situation, many of us have never found ours despite countless opportunities to do so. We might not be able to change what goes on in the external world by ourselves but we can certainly change what goes on in our internal world. If enough of us take on the responsibility of developing more consciousness we will eventually elect officials who also have more consciousness. Hopefully, there is still time to change the direction of the planet before political, climactic, and geological crises occur for which there are no solutions.

The requirements to create more consciousness and develop an inner center are twofold. The first requirement is a purified emotional nature in which all conscious and unconscious emotional toxicity has been discharged. The second requirement is a conscious connection between mind and soul that allows the intuition to function and unconditional love to be experienced and expressed.

Changing the Future

We can change the future only if we change ourselves. The road ahead is fraught with peril. The future will belong to those who transform their toxicity, find their center, develop compassion, and become a channel for unconditional love. The time to start that work is now. If we procrastinate and put it off for later it will be too late. When love and hate are both absent, a clear, compassionate center capable of holding a guiding truth for the nation and the world will form. Salvation requires a group effort. We cannot afford pettiness and small mindedness any longer.
